Return
- We accept return for exchange of defective or incorrect product that is unwashed or unworn within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
- To exchange, all products must be returned in the original selling condition with all their accompanying items such as tags, documents, wrappings and packaging. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Please note that unless due to our fault or error, all products sold under promotional or markdown price are not eligible for exchange in size/color or refund.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS : DISCOUNTED & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
- We will refund in the form of STORE CREDIT if any claims for exchange item. We do not have cash refund term. Any refund will be given by store credit in our website.
IMPORTANT All HAVAIANAS footwear should not be used in wet areas.
IMPORTANT WE take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
Please note: online returns can NOT be processed in store.
HOW TO RETURN?
Step 1: To organize a return of an online purchase, please fill in the below form:
Step 2: Our agents will reach out to you via email and advise you return details and instruction’s.
Step 3: Upon receiving your return store credit or exchange will be processed.
We recommend if you do return an item to us, do so by recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility for lost returns.
Please wrap items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to products or boxes. Please do not stick labels or tape directly to the products' packaging as if tampered with in any way, we can no longer accept the return.

Havaianas Malaysia online store is only able to process returns for items purchase from this website. For any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide refunds. Any items bought in a particular store need to be returned directly to that store.

What is Exchange?
We will ship you the preferred item, provided there is stock upon receiving your return.
What is Store Credit?
As we are unable to provide a direct exchange, refund in the form of Store Credit. Store Credit is a form of voucher code that can be used during check out. The store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
REFUND DUE TO DAMAGE OR FAULTY ITEM
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of your purchase.
- Refund will only be processed upon receiving the return goods.
- Refund process can take between 7 – 16 working days to be reflected in your bank account.
